Who I Am:
I am a first generation Indian-American working at the intersection of health, improvement, and advocacy. My efforts focus on mobilizing health and health care leaders in service of improved health outcomes and a more just and equitable society.

For almost 20 years, I have led large-scale improvement and innovation efforts, created robust and joyful learning communities, and mobilized health professionals to translate their expertise into advocacy.

My Story

Why I’m Here:
I believe the next few years will be the most consequential in my lifetime with respect to the health of our democracy, our communities, and our health care workforce. As my mentor, Dr. Don Berwick, has noted “fate will not create the new normal; choices will.”
I choose to contribute my enthusiasm and expertise in service of protecting the right to health and the right to vote.
